limited product warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

SOLCO, LLC (hereafter referred to as SOLCO) warrants that your water filtration product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Service

If your product proves defective during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team via email or leave a message on the message board. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product, or refund the purchase price.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage caused by external factors such as power surges or extreme environmental conditions

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. Please contact our customer service team to receive instructions on how to return the product for warranty service.

5. Limitation of Liability

SOLCO shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the product.

6. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of State of Wisconsin, and any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved in the courts of State of Wisconsin.
